Manager - Product Management (Learning & Development) Posted on April 16, 2026 April 16, 2026 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a Manager - Product Management (Learning & Development) to lead the development of innovative learning solutions with a strong focus on AI-driven transformation. This role is responsible for shaping next-generation learning products that enhance workforce capability, improve industrial training outcomes, and support digital transformation within manufacturing environments. Position Responsibilities Product Strategy & Development Define and execute product strategy for learning and development solutions. Develop forward-looking learning products leveraging AI and emerging technologies. Align product vision with organizational workforce development goals. Learning Technology & Innovation Lead implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related platforms. Explore and integrate AI-driven learning tools and adaptive training solutions. Drive innovation in digital learning experiences for industrial and manufacturing environments. Workforce Enablement & Transformation Design solutions to improve workforce upskilling and factory training effectiveness. Support transformation of traditional learning methods into digital and immersive experiences. Identify opportunities for augmented reality (AR) and other advanced training tools. Product Execution & Delivery Manage product lifecycle from concept through deployment. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions. Ensure successful rollout and adoption of learning products across the organization. Data & Performance Analysis Use data analytics to evaluate product effectiveness and learning outcomes. Identify improvement opportunities based on user feedback and performance metrics. Support data-driven decision-making for product enhancements. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define requirements and priorities. Communicate product roadmap and progress to stakeholders. Work closely with subject matter experts in manufacturing and operations. Other Duties Perform other duties as trained and qualified. Prerequisites Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Product Management, Education Technology, Engineering, or related field. 8-10 years of product management or related experience. Experience implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong understanding of AI applications in learning and development. Experience with augmented reality or digital training solutions preferred. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Product Management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM). Learning & Development or instructional design certifications. Salary Range:
