Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the field to understand their technology needs and challenges, and develop solutions that align with their goals and objectives. Analyze field technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that supports the organization's strategic objectives and drives operational efficiency. Lead the transformation of key field operation systems, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with the organization's strategic direction. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on technology trends and best practices in the Accounting and Finance industry. Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's IT architecture, and ensure it is scalable and flexible enough to support future growth and change. Work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and systems.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry. Proven experience in partnering with the field and analyzing field technology. Demonstrated ability to build a digital strategy and vision, and drive the transformation of key field operation systems. Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles and best practices. Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges and develop effective strategies to address them. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
