JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a private equity-backed fintech software company, is seeking a Chief Transformation Officer. This executive will serve as the single accountable owner of the enterprise value creation plan, overseeing the Transformation Management Office, enterprise-wide initiative execution and cross-functional alignment across pricing, go-to-market, product and M&A. Acting as both an operator and strategic partner to the CEO, this individual will drive execution discipline, unlock growth opportunities and ensure delivery against the company's highest-priority initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of post-MBA experience, combining top-tier consulting training with hands-on transformation leadership in a SaaS or fintech environment.
