JOB SUMMARY

This role spearheads the digital transformation of a multi-site healthcare practice by architecting and integrating a unified ecosystem of SaaS tools critical to daily operations. The consultant will act as a strategic partner to leadership, optimizing automated workflows, and data-driven dashboards to enhance operational efficiency across all practice locations and their Management team.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Must develop and execute digital roadmaps and dashboards to ultimately unify our clinical and financial tools for seamless operations across all clinics to track measurable KPI's
• Configure and deploy Zoho One as our central operational hub (CRM, Books, Projects, Analytics, Flow, etc.)
• Integrate Athena EHR, Fathom, Float, QuickBooks Online, and Google Workspace to ensure seamless integration of data and their collective movement across all platforms, providing ease-of-access to all Management Team
• Conduct on-site process mapping for staff training sessions in Roswell, GA as requested
• Ensure all integrations uphold and maintain strict HIPAA compliance and date security, across all platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on experience in operating/implementing Zoho One applications (Certification/Developer preferred)
• Experience with QuickBooks, Fathom, and Float financial tools
• Expert understanding of Saas platforms, API's, Workflow Automation, and BI tools (healthcare preferred)
• Ability to collaborate regularly with Operations Leaders for continuous workflow and dashboard improvements/adjustments
• Experience in Healthcare operations, through revenue cycle metrics (highly preferred)
• Skilled in Google Suite and all of its components/applications (highly preferred)

• Able to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions

Duration:

6-12 months

Commitment:

15-30 hours per week

Hybrid (regular on-site meetings required for this role in Roswell, GA)

Compensation:

TBD - competitive and negotiable based on qualifications/experience
