## The group you'll be a part of The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business. ## The impact you'll make This position will be responsible for leading the strategic evolution of Global Planning & Operations and digital business transformation initiatives across the organization. The Director will lead transformational programs that enhance scalability, improve forecast-to-fulfillment execution, and strengthen customer experience in a highly dynamic semiconductor environment. ## What you'll do Digital Transformation Leadership
- Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for digital transformation across order management, planning, and fulfillment.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, advanced analytics, and workflow technologies to improve operational performance and decision-making.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to define technology priorities, investment plans, and transformation strategies.
- Influence cross-functional decision-making by representing the perspective, needs, and priorities of the business.
- Champion data governance, business process standardization, and enterprise-wide process integration.
- Establish KPIs and governance models to measure transformation success and operational effectiveness. Analytics & Executive Insights
- Develop operational dashboards and executive reporting capabilities.
- Leverage advanced analytics to drive demand prioritization, customer segmentation, backlog optimization, and fulfillment performance.
- Deliver actionable insights regarding customer commitments, capacity utilization, inventory exposure, revenue risks, and operational trends.
- Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership based on business intelligence and operational data. Leadership & Team Development
- Build and lead a high-performing global organization spanning order management, business operations, and transformation teams.
- Develop talent, succession plans, and organizational capabilities in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and consulting firms. ## Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in semiconductor operations, supply chain, customer operations, business planning, or order management.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing global teams and complex business processes.
- Extensive knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, planning, fulfillment, and customer operations.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale transformational initiatives and system implementations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills. ## Preferred qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Kinaxis, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with AI-enabled business process automation and advanced analytics.
