Vice President, Information Security

The Vice President of Information Security is a leadership role responsible for developing and leading the organization's enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the protection of company systems, data, and client environments across multiple locations. This executive will oversee all aspects of information security operations, including governance, risk management, compliance, incident response, and security awareness initiatives, while partnering closely with business leaders to align security practices with operational and client needs. Key responsibilities include leading cybersecurity programs and incident response efforts, managing security investigations and remediation activities, overseeing vendor and third-party risk management, and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, TCPA, FDCPA, and SOC audit requirements. The role also involves directing client-facing security assessments, supporting audit and compliance activities, developing security policies and infrastructure standards, and delivering executive-level reporting on security posture, emerging threats, and program maturity. The ideal candidate is a strategic and technically skilled cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in enterprise information security, risk management, compliance, and forensic investigations within complex, data-driven organizations. Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities, along with a proven track record of managing high-performing security teams and responding effectively to evolving cyber threats. Experience overseeing PCI compliance programs, SOC audits, and incident response operations is highly preferred, along with 10+ years of progressive information security experience and a strong understanding of modern cybersecurity technologies and regulatory environments.

Pay:

$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
