SALARY RANGE
The starting annual salary range for this position is $175,440
- $219,300 (based on qualifications).
With tenure and strong performance in this role an employee may earn up to a maximum of $263,160, annualized.
Introductory Period:
New employees holding regular positions must complete an introductory period of twelve months.

Leader, Sr. ERP Business Transformation Overview The Sr. ERP Business Transformation Leader provides strategic leadership for the District's enterprise-wide ERP Business Transformation Program. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and accountable to the Executive Steering Committee, this position is responsible for delivering the District's ERP Business Transformation Program by integrating business process transformation, enterprise technology, organizational readiness, and program management into a coordinated enterprise initiative. Working within the governance established by the Executive Steering Committee, the ERP Business Transformation Leader translates strategic direction into executable plans, leads multidisciplinary teams, aligns organizational resources, manages enterprise risks and dependencies, and ensures the successful implementation and adoption of future-state business processes and technology. The position fosters enterprise collaboration and enables the District to realize the intended business outcomes and long-term value of the transformation.
Responsibilities Business Transformation & ERP Implementation:
Direct the design and implementation of future-state business processes, operating models, and supporting ERP technology and data. Challenge existing practices and drive standardization, efficiency, and modernization across the District to achieve approved transformation outcomes and strategic objectives.
Integrated Program Leadership:
Direct and integrate Project Management, Functional, Technical, and Organizational Readiness/Change Management workstreams. Establish the program delivery structure, priorities, accountabilities, dependencies, and resource requirements; assess and recommend staffing and coordinate with business leaders to secure resources and plan necessary backfills and transitions.
Program Performance & Value Realization:
Oversee program performance and value realization, ensuring effective management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, business-case objectives, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and other approved measures of transformation success.
Risk Management & Decision-Making:
Manage significant program risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and competing organizational priorities. Establish effective program-level decision processes and make timely decisions within delegated authority, including when information is incomplete; evaluate risks, trade-offs, and consequences, drive issues to resolution, and escalate matters requiring COO or Executive Steering Committee direction.
Organizational Readiness & Adoption:
Direct organizational readiness and adoption, ensuring effective change management, communications, training, workforce readiness, and adoption strategies prepare the broader organization for transformation impacts and sustained use of new business processes and technology.
Program Governance & Executive Direction:
Establish and manage governance for program execution within the governance and strategic direction established by the COO and Executive Steering Committee. Establish decision rights, escalation paths, and execution expectations; provide direction to program leads and the System Integrator; and ensure executive decisions are translated into program execution.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and develop the ERP transformation leadership team, providing direction, coaching, performance management, and accountability for Project Management, Functional, Technical, and Organizational Readiness/Change Management leads. Leverage internal and external expertise and coordinate subject matter experts, consultants, vendors, and other resources necessary to execute the transformation.

Master's Degree Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Engineering, Information Systems or related field preferred. Experience 10+ years progressively responsible leadership experience managing large, complex programs, business operations, and/or organizational transformation initiatives. required. 5+ years experience leading cross-functional teams and large programs with executive visibility required. 5+ years experience in utility industry, power generation industry, or closely related regulated environment required. Demonstrated experience leading large-scale ERP implementations or similar enterprise technology programs preferred.
