Define and communicate a business-aligned technology vision, strategy, and multiyear roadmap; lead a high-performing IT team; and advise executives on innovative solutions that fuel growth and great customer experiences. As a member of Sentry's Executive Team, you'll help steer the business, facilitate big-picture strategy, mobilize support for key initiatives, uphold fiduciary duty, and contribute to a cohesive, trusted leadership team. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years in senior IT leadership, ideally in manufacturing or adjacent industries. Depth in ERP/CRM, supply chain, and production processes. Proven leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
