Job Description Participate in a structured COBOL training program to learn mainframe and legacy system development Write, test, and debug basic COBOL programs with guidance from senior developers Support maintenance and updates to existing mainframe applications (banking, insurance, or claims systems) Assist with analyzing business requirements and translating them into simple code changes Work with databases (DB2, VSAM, or similar) to read/write data Document code, processes, and updates clearly for team use Collaborate with team members, mentors, and business analysts during training and project work Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and ongoing learning sessions We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
