Huntsville, ALESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Correspond with upper management regarding goals and objectives of programs. Carry out administrative tasks as required to facilitate an efficient working environment. Communicate and negotiate with clients, customers, and supervisors. Ensure business operations and efforts are always favorable to the business objective. Manage contractor Request for Information (RFI) inquires. Manage contractor submittals. Manage contractor design comments and responses. Manage and distribute project construction drawings and documents to the Integrative Project Team (IPT) Provide budgetary support to the Project Manager (PM) through budget tracking. Create and manage project related requisitions. Document and manage lessons learned and risk logs. Answer customer or client inquiries. Perform additional tasks as may be required by superiors.SUPERVISION
: This position has no supervisory responsibilitiesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: Capable of providing expertise in Strategic Planning, Programmatic and Communication techniques and processes to support stakeholder requirements. Has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of team and assists with solving complex problems. Advanced-level working knowledge, skills and abilities using Microsoft 365 and Adobe software suites is required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associates degree or higher 0-3 years prior experience working as a program analyst or related field for construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering projects. Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Sharp attention to detail with an extraordinary ability to multitask. Reliable and diligent worker.LANGUAGE SKILLS
: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and/or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.REASONING ABILITY
: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
