Summary:
The 340B Program Analyst is responsible for ensuring 340B Program compliance in BH 340B Discount Drug program. Will manage the 340B Accumulator software program daily to ensure the 340B program is maximized. This role requires extensive detailed review of data and analysis to ensure compliance and optimize program value with 340B regulations, policies and procedures. Will work collaboratively with the 340B Coordinator, Pharmacy leaders, IT, EPIC Willow and others on compliance and growth opportunities for BH organization-wide 340B pharmacy program.
Other information:
Associate degree or 2 years college level education preferred. Two years pharmacy or IT experience preferred. Eligible for registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy. Current PTCB Pharmacy Technician national certification or able to obtain in 6 months or less. Basic knowledge of math, metric system, and pharmaceutical products and dosage forms. Basic understanding of pharmaceutical purchasing processes with drug wholesalers and distributors. Proficient knowledge of operating system software, 340B split bill software, desktop applications such as EXCEL, Access etc., and pharmacy information system applications as they relate to pharmacy process workflow and charge function. Strong people and project management skills. Ability to interact effectively with all BH Pharmacy Departments, BH Finance Dept., and IT Dept. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a self directed manner. Strong communication and writing skills. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
