The company is well established and has been operating in the Phoenix area for over 60 years. Position Summary We are currently looking for a talented Programmer/Operator to join our team. This candidate must be able to program Fanuc robots and set up and operate Plasma, Arc Wire and Cold Spray Equipment. This position involves the spraying of coatings on a variety of aerospace components.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Perform programming, coating, blasting, masking, measuring functions
  • Ability to read, understand and work to shop routing work instructions and procedures
  • Knowledgeable in masking techniques
  • Inspect your work accurately and complete paperwork correctly
  • Maintain required logs, documents as required
  • Must have a working knowledge of specifications
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance
  • Adhere to applicable safety policies
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience involving similar processes and equipment
  • Able to work in a team environment with a willingness to cross train
  • A self-starter and organized with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Schedule:
  • Day Shift
  • 10-hour Shift (Monday - Thursday)
  • Opportunity for overtime may be available on an as needed basis
