Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Waterjet Operator/Programmer to join an aerospace manufacturing company in Corona, CA. This position involves programming and operating Flow or OMAX waterjet machines to cut materials according to customer blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment, can read blueprints, and is familiar with precision measuring tools. Candidates with CAD schooling, strong motivation, and a willingness to learn may also be considered for training. Responsibilities Program and operate Flow or OMAX waterjet machines according to customer blueprints and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications. Move materials to and from machines as needed. Use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers, to verify measurements. Work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. Handle different types and grades of metal. Follow workplace procedures and safety requirements. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience programming or operating waterjet machines. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers. Familiarity with different types and grades of metal. Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Demonstrated employment stability and reliability. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
