$41.00 - $65.00 per hour (dependent on experience, qualifications, and VA approval) Position Overview Kaleidoscope Supply Services supports the staffing of this position on behalf of a client company. If selected, you will be employed directly by the client—not Kaleidoscope, the VA, or the federal government. This role supports a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) federal contract. You will work alongside VA teams to help deliver services that support veterans and the VA's mission. About the Role The Program Analyst serves as a critical link between data insights and operational execution. Working directly under the Program Manager, and in coordination with VA Engineering Department supervisors, you will be responsible for executing data-related project tasks and providing management for foundational projects. Your primary goal is to turn complex data into actionable project plans, ensuring that organizational space and resources are optimized to meet future needs. Key Responsibilities Attend and contribute to Space Management Team meetings and participate in various cross-functional working groups. Provide comprehensive data analytics support and maintain accurate database records. Conduct thorough reviews of space and project assessments to ensure full compliance with internal and external regulations. Assist with the logistical execution of moves and conduct regular space surveys to verify layout accuracy. Translate technical space requirements into detailed, executable project plans. Conduct database research on patient projections and utilize statistical modeling to forecast future requirements. Use CAD and GIS software to visualize space requirements and manage geographic data related to project sites. Provide direct management and leadership for basic-level projects, ensuring timelines and data milestones are met. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field (Data Science, Business Administration, or Engineering preferred). 2+ years of professional data analytics experience. At least 1 year of experience in project management capacity. Advanced knowledge of data mining, warehousing, and statistical analysis. Skilled in R, SAS, or SQL for database management and reporting. Working knowledge of CAD programs such as AutoCAD and Bluebeam. Practical experience utilizing GIS software, specifically ArcGIS. Ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. Contract Details This position supports a federal nonpersonal services contract with the VA. The anticipated contract term includes one base year with up to two optional renewal years, subject to funding, performance, and government need. As part of the federal approval process, the VA may review resumes and may request interviews. Final placement and start date are contingent upon VA approval. While Kaleidoscope Supply Services manages the staffing process, the employer of record will be the client company supporting the VA contract.Compensation Hourly pay:
you are paid only for hours worked. No paid holidays (holiday pay is not reimbursed by the government for this role). No paid time off (PTO) is included. Overtime is not permitted unless pre-approved by both the client and the VA. This compensation structure is standard for federal nonpersonal services contract positions. Benefits This type of federal contract does not include government funded benefits. In alignment with contract requirements and standard industry practices: Medical, dental, and vision insurance are not included Retirement plans are not included No employer sponsored benefits are offered for this position Employment Requirements Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required background checks, drug and alcohol screening, and onboarding or training.
