•$55.00 (DOE) Position Summary The Engineer / CATIA Programmer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing CNC programs and fixture designs for 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines. This position works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support efficient production, improve machining processes, and ensure high-quality aerospace components. Responsibilities Program and optimize 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines using

CATIA V5.

Select cutting tools and determine appropriate machining speeds and feeds. Develop manufacturing processes, setup sheets, and work instructions. Design fixtures and workholding solutions for production. Maintain and improve CNC programs and production setups. Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to improve efficiency. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Machining teams. Follow company safety policies and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 5 years of

CATIA V5

programming experience. Minimum 2 years of aerospace or aerostructures manufacturing experience. Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing processes. Proficient in reading engineering drawings and GD&T. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Lift up to 35 lbs. to chest level and occasionally up to 25 lbs. overhead. Ability to meet vision and hearing requirements necessary to perform job duties.

Pay:

$104,000.00
