Role SummaryThe Programmer Analyst will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications that support critical business operations. This position is responsible for the full software development lifecycle and partners closely with stakeholders in Chatsworth, California to drive process improvements, enhance system performance, and ensure reliable application delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that improve efficiency and automationDesign, develop, test, and implement enterprise applications and system enhancementsCreate detailed system specifications, workflows, and database designs for complex applicationsMaintain and support ERP systems and related business applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutionsMonitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvementsTroubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely and effective mannerDevelop and execute test plans to ensure application quality and reliabilityDocument technical specifications, processes, and user guidesSupport deployment activities and provide ongoing production supportContribute to quality assurance standards and continuous improvement initiativesCompensation & Benefits$90,000-$125,000 plus discretionary bonusCompetitive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time offAdditional DetailsWork model: 100% on-siteFlexible scheduling within standard business hoursParticipation in rotating on-call support as neededOpportunity to contribute across the full development lifecycle in a collaborative environment
