Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tech / Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network management and various programming disciplines, including Control4, Lutron, and Crestron systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Program and configure Control4, Lutron, and Crestron systems to meet client specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve audio-visual issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of structured wiring principles for installations and upgrades.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project success and timely delivery.
  • Provide education and training to clients on system functionalities and features.
  • Develop and implement lighting control programming solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct regular system tests and evaluations to ensure all components are functioning correctly.
  • Maintain documentation for all programming and installation processes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in network management and audio-visual troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in programming with Control4, Lutron, and Crestron systems.
  • Strong knowledge of structured wiring practices.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications in programming and network management are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
  • years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in client-facing positions and providing technical support.
  • Familiarity with current technology trends in the audio-visual field.
