Job Description
Overview We're hiring an NC Programmer to engineer complete manufacturing processes for the aerospace and defense programs we support. This site is unique—we focus heavily on high-precision CNC gantry work, utilizing 3, 4, 5, and 6-axis machines with multi-heads to produce large-scale, complex pieces. You won't just be writing code; you'll be designing the manufacturing process from the ground up, including fixture design, CAM programming, and process optimization. Because these parts go into mission-critical systems tied to national security, the standards are incredibly high. We need a high-end programmer with extensive expertise in CATIA to support our prime aerospace contracts. While our day-to-day operations involve massive gantry machines and complex 5-axis work, we are willing to train the right aerospace programmer on these specific setups if you have the foundational CATIA skills.
