SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER III

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) for software deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, and endpoint compliance reporting. Manage and maintain Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Microsoft updates to servers and workstations. Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for cloud-based device management, policy enforcement, application deployment, and Windows Update for Business. Develop, test, schedule, and deploy patches and updates for Windows operating systems and third-party applications. Monitor patch compliance, troubleshoot failed deployments, and remediate endpoint update issues. Coordinate patching activities with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to minimize operational impact. Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and patch management workflows. Support audits, security assessments, and compliance reporting related to endpoint configuration and patching. Participate in endpoint security initiatives, including baseline configuration, hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
