Job Description
Position Summary The XPression Designer and Programmer will be responsible for operating Ross XPression Tessera to program, design, animate and operate for Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta Falcons Football and Atlanta United MLS Soccer. Technical implementation and production of elements for features, embedded video or video board related content for Game Presentation and Stadium Productions department of AMB Sports and Entertainment.

Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for programming all events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, including Atlanta Falcons games, Atlanta United FC matches, major events, and private events. Collaborate with the Graphics Team to execute designs and animations within the production environment. Operate Ross XPression Tessera and Dashboard during live event production, including Falcons, Atlanta United, and select third-party events. Execute and deploy graphics in live and on-air production settings. Develop templates using Ross XPression Tessera and XPression. Build, program, and operate Ross Dashboard in alignment with event rundowns. Ensure quality control across all graphic and video production elements. Conduct fact-checking, research, and maintain visual consistency across all projects, including sourcing approved imagery (e.g., Getty). Apply prior experience in broadcast production and graphic integration to support live events. Integrate motion graphics and video with IPTV systems. Serve as the primary liaison between MBS Productions and the Corporate Partnerships team, supporting sponsorship requests from concept through execution. Perform additional duties as needed, including file management and content organization across platforms and systems. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or at least 2 years of experience in control room production, preferably within sports entertainment Minimum of 4 years of experience in sports production Required Skills Proficient in Ross XPression software, including DataLinq Working knowledge of the Ross Tessera system, InCoder, Dashboard, and Project Server Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with XML data feeds Basic understanding of scripting and/or visual logic within XPression Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) Strong graphic production skills with hands-on experience in HD video display environments Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects, and remain self-motivated Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with graphic producers, editors, and game presentation staff to maintain an efficient workflow Adaptable to evolving requests, design revisions, and feedback, with the ability to deliver polished final products on tight timelines Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to provide work samples, demo reels, or portfolio links that demonstrate relevant experience (if applicable) AMB Sports & Entertainment is part of the Blank Family of Businesses comprised of the National Football League's Atlanta Falcons, Major League Soccer's Atlanta United FC, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, PGA TOUR Superstore, AMB West and TGL's Atlanta Drive Golf Club.
