We are looking for a self-motivated and capable software developer to lead research, design and implement solutions that help modernize and transform our software into the next-generation platform. The job requires good communication skills and applicants must be comfortable working with a small team in a loosely structured environment filling various roles. We're looking for the perfect candidate with the following technical experience. On-site attendance preferred (M-F). Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with the Microsoft development ecosystem, including C#, .NET/ASP.NET, and related development tools.
• Full-stack development experience with web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, XML, and JSON.
• Experience developing data-centric applications, including SQL databases, large datasets, query optimization, and application scalability.
• Experience designing, consuming, and integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Understanding of modern authentication and authorization, including integration with external identity providers.
• Experience evaluating and integrating third-party libraries and components, including charting, dashboards, and data-visualization solutions.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, including unit testing, source control, CI/CD, and software deployment.
• Ability to research and evaluate new technologies and recommend appropriate solutions based on business and technical requirements.
