This is an opportunity to work with advanced robotic routing systems, large-scale automation equipment, and cutting-edge manufacturing technology. You'll have direct ownership over developing and optimizing robotic programs used in production, with the ability to make an immediate impact on a major manufacturing initiative. If you enjoy hands-on robotic programming, troubleshooting, and working with complex automated systems, this project offers challenging work and competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
Load offline robot programs into production robot controllers Modify, test, validate, and optimize robotic programs for manufacturing applications Program and troubleshoot Motoman (Yaskawa) robotic systems utilizing YRC1000 controllers Develop and refine routing programs for panel production Perform robotic programming primarily through teach pendant operations Configure and optimize coordinated motion between multiple robots and external rail axes Collect, manipulate, and utilize positional data through global position variables Support frame shifting, routing operations, and automated cutting processes Troubleshoot robotic motion, programming logic, and automation system performance issues
Qualifications:
Proven experience programming industrial robots in a manufacturing environment Strong experience with Motoman (Yaskawa) robotic systems preferred Experience working with YRC1000 robot controllers preferred Ability to modify and troubleshoot robot programs through teach pendant programming Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
