The Program Analyst provides strategic and operational support to program leadership by analyzing program performance, identifying opportunities for automation and innovation, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives. This role supports the client in optimizing program operations, improving data-driven decision-making, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
Job Responsibilities:
Assists in performing general administration and advisory services and/or functions, to include: relocation requests, human resources services, facilities management, process improvement, change management, and space/logistics, safety/security. Prepare HR packages for review and submission. Assist with planning, execution, and monitoring activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using modern tools, platforms, and data solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions that improve efficiency. Lead or support pilot initiatives to test new technologies, methodologies, or tools that enhance performance. Analyze existing workflows, business processes, and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies or redundancies. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and program outcomes. Apply continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations Document improved processes, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support change management efforts. Facilitate meetings, working groups, and workshops focused on process improvement and innovation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field. An additional 4 years of related experience can be substituted 7+ years of experience in program analysis, program management support, or operational analysis Experience supporting complex programs within government or large organizational environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience identifying and implementing automation or process improvement initiatives. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and data visualization tools.
