Program Analyst

Integrated Program Solutions is seeking to hire a full time Program Analyst in a hybrid compacity located at Patuxent River, MD. Selected candidate must be willing to support onsite at the client location. Selected candidate will possess strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Support clients in managing and utilizing AWS GovCloud services and applications (i.e driver tree tools) to analyze Program Office data. Assist senior analyst with maintaining program documentation, processes and procedures. Assist with data collection, organization, and analysis using Microsoft Excel, including use of VBA macros. Provide day-to-day program support to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) Assist in developing, maintaining, and tracking program schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to support project execution and program objectives. Assist with preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations for IPTs and leadership review. Monitor and report on program status, including procurement activities, schedules, and technical challenges. Track risks, issues, and action items across projects and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Knowledge of AWS GovCloud Services and Applications Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with commitment to delivering quality products Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment. Preferred skills or ability to learn: Familiarity with one or all the following: SQL, python, R, Rust, Go, typescript, or JavaScript Familiarity with Amazon Web Services architecture and services or Microsoft Azure Cloud services

Education Experience:

BA or BS degree and 0-3 years of experience or 7 years of experience without a degree In lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of related work may be substituted

Security Clearance:

Due to the requirements of this contract, U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required. Active Secret Clearance is preferred.
