General Statement:

Under the direction of the Director of Education and Training, performs highly responsible and complex clerical support to the Training Department, involving typing and other responsible secretarial duties. Involves the exercise of judgment in the application of prescribed procedures and methods which can be confidential in nature; Administrator of agency training database; produces reports related to training matters; performs related work as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Educational Requirements Year(s) of Experience High school graduation or equivalent A minimum of three (3) years of responsible secretarial experience. Proficient in use of computer and computer software (Microsoft Office Suite).

Essential Physical Demands:

Vision - Position requires the ability to visually assess details at both near and far distances, as well as to perceive depth and spatial relationships with or without reasonable accommodations. Hearing - Position requires the ability to receive and respond to verbal communication with or without reasonable accommodations.
