Responsibilities include the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of business applications, executed within a structured systems engineering methodology. Assignments cover the full lifecycle of application releases, updates, and modifications, with a focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. As a Programmer Analyst, this person will both perform hands-on work and lead a team through project tasks — gathering requirements, planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. What You'll Do Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, including integration and authentication across systems Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (release) processes for Dynamics 365 technology efforts Identify risks and issues from a technical perspective Perform analysis and requirements gathering with customers Prepare detailed written instructions, documentation, and technical reports/presentations Resolve complex problems in a timely manner, seeking optimum solutions Troubleshoot application issues under pressure in a high-stress environment Communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience Requirements Required Skills & Experience 5+ years working with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations 3+ years in an architect capacity 5+ years with Power Platform solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages Microsoft Azure platform experience 5+ years with Azure DevOps 3+ years of data architecture experience 5+ years of infrastructure/network and application support 5+ years as a technical customer service analyst Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and application support Strong API experience Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills
