ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced AV programmer who takes pride in clean, efficient logic and flawless client experiences. You'll lead programming across luxury residential and commercial projects — owning the system from initial design through commissioning and client handoff. This is a senior role with real autonomy and direct collaboration with project management and ownership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Program and commission Savant control systems across complex residential and commercial projects — full lifecycle from design through client walkthrough Configure and deploy Lutron Radio Ra3, Homeworks QS, and Ketra lighting systems; coordinate with installation team on device placement and scene logic Set up and manage networking infrastructure including VLANs, wireless coverage, and remote access. Build intuitive control interfaces with a focus on end-user simplicity and reliability Collaborate with Project Managers, Installation, and Engineering on system design and scope review Coordinate with other trades on site — Electrical, HVAC, Pool/Spa, GC — as the technical point of contact Diagnose and resolve system issues remotely and on-site; maintain client-facing professionalism throughout Maintain complete and accurate documentation: programming files, device configs, and system records Mentor junior technicians on programming standards, logic structure, and best practices

WHAT YOU BRING

2+ years of hands-on AV programming experience in a residential or commercial integration environment Proficiency in Savant (Pro Remote Designer) — Savant certification strongly preferred Strong working knowledge of Lutron Radio Ra3 & Homeworks QS; Ketra experience a significant advantage Solid networking fundamentals — IP addressing, VLAN configuration, UniFi platform Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, engineered schematics, and low-voltage plans Strong PC/Mac proficiency and familiarity with Apple iOS products Excellent communication skills — you'll work directly with high-end clients, builders, and ownership Industry certifications (AVIXA CTS, Savant, Lutron) are a strong advantage Valid driver's license; able to travel locally daily
