Entry to Mid-Level Programmer

As a Programmer, you will design, deploy, and manage innovative technology solutions with the objective of improving efficiency and ease of doing business for both internal and external stakeholders. Using a variety of programming languages, our Programmers play a critical role in integrating our multi-value database with both our web applications and our paperless office system. Key responsibilities of the role include: Developing, writing, and maintaining software applications that drive and support our internal policy/claims administration system Developing and maintaining software applications that drive and support our web applications Understanding, analyzing, and troubleshooting database applications, including quality assurance testing Collaborating with other departments to understand work processes and develop solutions to improve organizational efficiency Partnering with team members to find creative, innovative solutions that support our ease of doing business initiative
