Clean, Team-Oriented Shop Overview:
Mountain Manufacturing is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team. If you take pride in precision work, problem-solving, and programming your own parts—this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable and quality-driven company.
What You'll Do:
Set up, operate, and program CNC machines (including complex parts) Create and optimize programs using MasterCam, GibbsCAM, or Esprit Troubleshoot machining and programming issues independently Inspect parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Monitor speeds, feeds, and tooling for maximum efficiency Support continuous improvement and help train team members
What We're Looking For:
CNC machining + programming experience required CAD/CAM proficiency (MasterCam, GibbsCAM, Esprit) Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills 5-axis experience is a plus Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused Why Join Wytech?
