We are seeking an inquisitive individual interested in developing a broad range of technical skills to join our I.T. Team. The selected candidate will receive extensive training introducing them to industry specific software and workflow automation.Benefits:

Troubleshoot data driven automations Create and revise templates for legal documents using conditional fields and tags Write SQL queries to address business questions and concerns Analyze and identify errors or gaps in logic Assist office staff with hardware requests and malfunctions Review and complete tasks through support portalTraining Objectives:
Learn to navigate and troubleshoot legal collections software Work with I.T. ticket board Become familiar enough with database structure to produce SQL reports Gain understanding of workflowsRequirements:
Analysis- Review existing templates and workflows to identify issues Pattern Recognition
- Identify repeat or related issues Problem Solving
- Propose solutions or inquire with other I.T. Staff to develop solutions Communication
- Clearly explain identified issues and/or proposed solutions to other I.T. Staff Programming Language
