Job Description
Swiss Lead Programmer Summary Responsible for programming and leading setup activities on multi-axis CNC Swiss lathes to produce high-precision components. Applies advanced knowledge of machining theory, tooling, materials, and blueprint interpretation to drive quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Program and lead setups on multi-axis Swiss turning centers Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings Optimize tooling and cutting paths for performance and quality Troubleshoot machining and programming issues Oversee quality checks to ensure specifications are met Support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean and safe work environment Train and mentor operators and machinists Qualifications 5+ years of Swiss CNC programming experience Strong blueprint reading and advanced math skills Deep knowledge of metals and machining processes Proven troubleshooting and leadership ability Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Overtime/weekend availability as needed #Modernmachiningsolutions
