Full Job Description Robot Programmer Shift:
Tuesday-Friday 5:30am-3:30pm
Starting Pay:
$22/hr+ We're seeking a skilled Robot Programmer to develop and optimize robotic programs for metal forming applications using proprietary software. This role supports automation efforts that improve production efficiency and precision. Key Responsibilities Program and optimize robotic systems for metal forming. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project requirements. Test, validate, and troubleshoot robotic systems to ensure accuracy and minimize downtime. Document programming changes and provide training/support to production staff. Stay current on robotics, automation, and metal forming advancements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering preferred. Experience programming robots in manufacturing, ideally in metal forming. Strong understanding of robotics, sensors, and automation principles. Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork. CAD/CAM experience and knowledge of welding/machining are a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for long periods and regularly lift up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50lbs. Requires close, distance, color, and depth vision. Must follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (safety glasses, steel toe boots). Other No direct reports. Duties may be adjusted by management as needed.
