High SchoolResponsibilitiesA Metal Laser Programmer/Operator sets up, programs, and operates CNC laser cutting machines to cut metal parts according to blueprints using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Amada, Lantek). They optimize material nesting to minimize waste, perform quality checks, and maintain machines. This role requires technical skill, blueprint reading, and safety compliance.

The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoesworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentmanual lifting up to 50lbsstanding for 8 hours at one timeSkillsCNC (2 years of experience is required)Blueprint Reading (2 years of experience is required)CAD/CAM softwareProgramming (1 year of experience is required)QualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
