job qualification We have an immediate need for a CNC Operator/Programmer with a strong background in carpentry/cabinetry and woodworking and experience with CNC millwork machines to join a cabinetry and wood product manufacturing firm in Zebulon, North Carolina.

Requirements for this position include:

Prior background in carpentry and woodworking required, must be familiar with typical millwork/cabinet manufacturing processes Minimum 5 years of experience operating and programming with CNC millwork machines, specifically Weeke. Very good knowledge of Cabinet Vision Candidate must have commercial cabinet manufacturing experience, be able to interpret architectural drawings and have the ability to use that information to produce detailed shop drawings for submittals and cabinet production. Excellent verbal and written communications skills — able to explain things, convey messages, ask relevant questions, and avoid or resolve conflicts effectively Ability to work independently and, alternatively, follow instructions Ability to adapt to changes in workflow Properly and safely use and maintain shop equipment Our ideal candidate's core characteristics would include being a detail-oriented and dedicated team player with a positive attitude, adaptability and a strong work ethic.
