Pennsauken, NJ | Reports to: Operations Manager Can you turn a print into a flawless part—every time? If you thrive on precision, this first-shift, full-time role in our climate-controlled job shop could be your next move. You'll own the path from drawing to finished component: programming via CAM, setting up the lathe, and supporting operators through to final inspection. Your impact Develop CAM-driven CNC programs for 2-4 axis turning centers and lead efficient setups and safe operation. Confirm critical dimensions with micrometers, calipers, and other gauges to ensure parts meet tolerance. Interpret drawings, specifications, and sample parts to establish operation sequences and setup needs. Contribute to a reliable, professional team culture—clear communication, cooperation, and a polished presence. Adhere to written and verbal procedures and complete assignments on schedule. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned. What makes you a fit Fluent CNC programming using CAM software is essential, with hands-on setup and operation experience. Organized, dependable, and mechanically savvy. Exposure to manual or other manufacturing equipment is a plus. Preferred experience Multi-axis CNC lathe background. Comfort with CAD/CAM systems. Experience producing custom or high-precision parts. Physical demands Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during the shift. Occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing. Use PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection as needed. When you'll work Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM; occasional overtime depending on production needs.
