Job Description

We are searching for an experienced NC Programmer to join the engineering team of our premiere aerospace manufacturer in Bohemia, NY. This professional will develop, test, and optimize multi-axis CNC programs to fabricate intricate components utilized across defense, space, and commercial flight systems.
salary:
$65,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Translate 3D CAD blueprints and complex models into highly optimized CNC milling programs using
CATIA V5
software. Select appropriate cutting tools, feed rates, processing sequences, and design custom holding fixtures as required. Utilize simulation software (such as Vericut) to validate paths, eliminate crash risks, and streamline machine cycle times. Collaborate closely with machinists and quality leads to troubleshoot line problems, adapt G-code, and maintain extreme dimensional precision.
