We are seeking a detail-oriented MasterCam Programmer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to manufacturing excellence.
What You'll Do:
Review engineering drawings and customer requirements to develop manufacturing strategies that ensure parts meet specifications from start to finish. Create detailed process documentation and setup instructions to guide machinists through the manufacturing process. Program CNC Mills, Lathes, and Wire EDM machines using the latest MasterCam software. Develop written manufacturing strategies, including fixturing and tooling requirements for each project. Plan projects and create process paperwork from part drawings and models to support production activities. Read, understand, and make adjustments to G & M code as needed. Troubleshoot programming and manufacturing issues, implementing effective solutions to maintain production efficiency. Maintain compliance with all company safety guidelines and procedures. Have:
Strong proficiency programming CNC Mills, Lathes, and Wire EDM machines using MasterCam software. Experience developing manufacturing strategies for weldments and fully machined components. Ability to create and document manufacturing processes from start to finish. Extensive knowledge of CNC machine tools and controls. Strong understanding of tooling selection and machining strategies for complex geometries. Extensive experience with 2-axis, 3-axis, and 4-axis CNC programming. Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret GD&T requirements. Strong machine shop math skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Strong computer skills and proficiency with MasterCam software. Ability to perform job responsibilities with limited supervision. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Preferred:
Experience programming complex weldments of varying sizes. Background in prototype and production manufacturing environments. Experience developing fixturing concepts and tooling strategies. Previous experience creating detailed manufacturing process documentation. Demonstrated ability to improve manufacturing efficiencies and processes.
