Job Description

Provides technical leadership to project development, system maintenance and system support activities and provides advice/leadership to other technical resources. Under general direction, instructs, directs and checks the work of programmer/analyst personnel. Responsible for quality assurance and review. Programs modifications and enhancements to the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management application. Performs customizations to the application software including design, code changes, application interface modifications, and report development in support of the business requirements. Ensures that system integrity is maintained as the applications are enhanced and modified through approved version control and change management procedures throughout the production life cycle. Develops and maintains application and user documentation for assigned applications. Manages design and development of other administrative systems as required. This role requires three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health Women's and Families Hospital. Education Bachelor's Degree Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience 5 years with PeopleSoft utilities, Process Scheduler/Monitor, Data mover, Import Manager and upgrades, relational technology, SQL, and UNIX Required 5 years programming experience with PeopleSoft HCM in a production environment Required 1 year experience working in a healthcare/ hospital environment Preferred General Experience with ADP Workforce Manager Preferred General Experience with Employee and Manager Self Service, and/or ePerformance Preferred Licenses
