Required Candidate experience, knowledge and duties: Two (2) years of experience with Building Automation System controls programming using Tridium Niagara is a must. Familiarity with BAS control algorithms for typical HVAC equipment and Lighting Control i.e. Air Handlers, Packaged HVAC Units, Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, VAV Boxes, Lighting scheduling and dimming, etc. Proficiency with Open Standard Communication Protocols; i.e.,BACnet, Lonworks, and Modbus Work with BAS Design Engineers to develop and code Sequences of Operation for controlled equipment Provide integration of multiple protocols and networks. In conjunction with field technicians, program, deliver, install and start up the control software associated with advanced Building Automation Systems. Remote assistance (via internet connection) for field personnel to verify software performance, troubleshoot issues, balance controlled HVAC equipment, etc.
