Type:

full-time Shoreline Connected is looking for an experienced Lutron Systems Designer / Programmer to join our team. We're a luxury residential AV, lighting control, shading, and smart home integration company based in Westhampton Beach, NY, and we're looking for someone who can take technical ownership of our Lutron projects from design through completion. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Lutron HomeWorks, system design/engineering, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and construction documentation. Experience with HomeWorks QSX, RadioRA 3, Ketra, and Lutron shading systems is a big plus. This position would be involved with things like:

  • Reviewing architectural, electrical, lighting, and shade plans
  • Designing and engineering Lutron systems
  • Developing equipment lists, load schedules, keypad schedules, risers, and wiring documentation
  • Programming and commissioning HomeWorks systems
  • Supporting technicians and troubleshooting field issues
  • Coordinating with electricians, builders, designers, architects, and our internal project team
  • Maintaining clean project files, backups, and as-built documentation We are very open to the right person working fully remote.

We would also consider someone who is primarily remote but able to occasionally visit our Westhampton Beach showroom or Hamptons-area jobsites for important meetings, surveys, commissioning, or more complex projects. This could be a great fit for an experienced Lutron programmer, designer, engineer, or integrator who enjoys the technical side of projects and wants to work with a growing company doing high-end residential work. Compensation will depend on experience, skill set, and the final structure of the role.
