ORA_ON_SITE Description SAIC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Program Analyst to provide critical programmatic support for the successful execution of the Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S) project. This role will focus on deliverable management, training coordination, badge/tracking compliance, scheduling, and ensuring that team members have the appropriate network and system access to meet project objectives. The Program Analyst will serve as a central touchpoint for program documentation, process tracking, and logistical coordination while fostering clear communication within cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
Contract Deliverables (CDRLs)
Management:
Develop, update, and manage key Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), such as Weekly Status Reports (WSR), Monthly Status Reports (MSR), Staffing Plans, and other contractual deliverables. Ensure all deliverables are submitted on schedule, with attention to accuracy and compliance with contractual and program requirements.
Tracking and Compliance:
Track training requirements for all assigned team members, ensuring compliance and timely completion of mandatory government and corporate training requirements. Maintain records for badge issuances and renewals, ensuring all personnel have the appropriate credentials and access.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Organize and schedule meetings, including preparation of agendas, distribution of materials, and coordination of attendees. Serve as the primary point of contact for meeting logistics, including conference room reservations, virtual link setup, and follow-up on meeting action items.
Access Management:
Facilitate the process of obtaining required network, system, and infrastructure access for team members to ensure seamless program execution. Track access expiration dates and take preemptive actions to renew or update credentials as necessary.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree in Business or Computer Science. Will accept three (3) years of experience in lieu of a degree Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Desire to be part of an expanding team that values and rewards quick learning, proactivity and Team-First mindsets. MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
