Job Description

This position supports TTC's Information Technology operations by developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise systems and applications. The role works closely with faculty, staff, and technical teams to deliver reliable, user-focused technology solutions that support institutional needs and improve overall efficiency. Provide programming and technical support for the College's ERP system, custom applications, and system integrations. Analyze system issues, troubleshoot problems, and work closely with users and vendors to identify and implement effective solutions. Write, test, and maintain code based on design specifications while following established programming standards and best practices. Support the full application development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements. Design and support web-based solutions, including mobile applications, eForms, and other digital tools, as well as the College's document management system. Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring alignment with institutional standards, security requirements, and compliance guidelines. Participate in change management activities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to strengthen IT services. Collaborate with departments across the College to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions. Communicate project status, timelines, and technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Perform other related duties as needed. A high school diploma and relevant work experience in the modification and maintenance of system programs, the design and development of system software, or the testing and debugging of system applications are required. An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for the required work experience. A degree in computer science, information systems, or a closely related field is preferred, along with experience supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, application integrations, and web-based solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience working with modern programming languages and development tools, as well as designing or supporting mobile applications, eForms, or document management systems. Experience in analyzing and resolving complex technical issues and collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation, are important, and prior experience in higher education or a public-sector environment is considered a plus.
