This position serves as a technical and analytical expert within the Engagement & Associate Experience team—developing data-informed insights, building dashboards, and presenting findings that drive strategies, workforce planning, and cultural development.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Work Experience:
Three years of experience in data analytics, organizational strategy, and program development are required .
License/Registration/Certification:
None.
Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Data Analytics, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
Excellent organizational skills.
EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to apply computer skills to perform data analysis, graphics, spreadsheets and database management. Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously. Ability to speak in public, plan, organize and provide directions to staff and volunteers at events. Knowledge of research skills and data collection and analysis. Ability to apply attention to detail with a great ability to communicate with community members, the public, and staff. Ability to organize multiple tasks. Strong organizational and customer relations skills. Ability to apply interpersonal skills effectively and work effectively as a member of a team with strong customer service skills. Ability to exercise good judgment and tact. Ability to seek out new methods and principles to improve programming. Project a professional demeanor. Ability to work both individually and as a team member. Self-starter. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
