Job Description

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain SAS programs, macros, and data processing workflows. Analyze large volumes of banking and financial data to support business and regulatory requirements. Develop ETL processes using SAS for data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple source systems. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models for business stakeholders. Support regulatory reporting initiatives including CCAR, Basel III, AML, KYC, CECL, and Stress Testing. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Risk Teams, Data Architects, and Compliance teams to gather requirements. Optimize SAS code and processes for performance and scalability. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Maintain technical documentation and follow SDLC best practices. Technical Skills 5+ years of experience in SAS Development.
Strong expertise in:
Base SAS SAS Macro Programming SAS SQL (PROC SQL) SAS Data Step Programming SAS Enterprise Guide SAS Stored Processes Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, or DB2. Experience with ETL/Data Warehousing concepts. Knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting. Experience in data modeling and data analysis.
