Participants in this DOW Skillbridge opportunity will work with Flight Software engineers on embedded and Linux-based software that supports command, telemetry, networking, and autonomy for on-orbit vehicles. You'll learn by doing in labs, HITL/SITL environments, supporting Operations and system integration. Responsibilities Assist with C/C++ and Python development for spacecraft systems. Help integrate and test software in HITL, flatsat, and lab setups. Support networking and interface work between subsystems and ground systems. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using logs, telemetry, and test tools. Contribute to automation, CI/CD, and documentation. Qualifications Active duty U.S. military service member eligible for DoD SkillBridge; command approval required. Familiarity with C/C++, Python, and Linux development. Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP, sockets). Strong troubleshooting skills and interest in spacecraft systems. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance Willingness to work full-time in our Greenwood Village, CO office; this position does not support remote or hybrid work. Love space!
