Job Description

You will serve as a
INTERDISCIPLINARY COMPUTER SCIENTIST/GENERAL ENGINEER
in the Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems Division of
NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD.
Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-12/13
grade level or pay band DP-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrated success in the advancement and integration of new technologies across the Naval Air Enterprise. 2) Ability to ensure the NAVY maintains operational readiness and air dominance in contested environments. 3) Ship-based Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems radar, GPS, and advanced navigation system interfacing, operation, testing, and support in contested environments experience. 4) Perform as the Lead Engineer delivering technical expertise and support.
