Position Description You will serve as a
SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY COMPUTER SCIENTIST/ GENERAL ENGINEER
in the
SYSTEMS INTEGRATION AND SUSTAINMENT BRANCH, SPECIAL COMMUNICATIONS MISSION SOLUTIONS
(SCMS)
DIVISION, RAPID CAPABILITY SOLUTIONS DEPARTMENT, RAPID CAPABILITY ENGINEERING GROUP
of
NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD.
Position Duties/Responsibilities You will plan work and prepares performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees. You will identify developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development and training You will make appropriate distinctions in levels of performance while equitably ing performance standards.
