Paid training About the Role Are you a Computer Science, IT, or Computer Engineering grad looking to break into the tech industry? We're hiring a Computer Scientist / Test Technician to join our team supporting the testing, troubleshooting, and repair of enterprise server and networking hardware. This is a hands-on technical opportunity for candidates with experience in Linux, Python, computer hardware, and troubleshooting who want to build a career in server and cloud infrastructure technology — a great entry point into the data center and cloud computing world. Key Responsibilities Test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair enterprise servers and storage/networking equipment Perform hardware diagnostics and identify defective components Replace FRUs/CRUs and other server components as needed Perform LAN and network validation Use Linux command-line tools to troubleshoot and validate hardware and systems Perform BIOS, BMC, RAID, NIC, and firmware updates Use Python scripts for automated testing and log analysis Document test results, repairs, and troubleshooting activities in manufacturing/MES systems Follow established testing procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues Qualifications Degree or educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in technical support, server hardware, computer hardware, testing, troubleshooting, or a related technical environment Hands-on experience with Linux Working knowledge of Python and scripting Understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues systematically Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing/technology environment Preferred Experience Enterprise server or data center experience Experience with networking and LAN troubleshooting Experience with

BIOS/BMC/RAID/NIC

configuration or firmware updates Experience using Linux troubleshooting tools such as lspci, smartctl, or iperf3 Experience with automated testing or log analysis Experience working with MES or manufacturing systems
