Job Summary This is a proposal requisition. Work will begin only if the contract is awarded.

Orbis is looking for a Signal Intelligence Specialist to support mission objectives in the Washington Metro Area. The role conducts signals analysis across multiple modalities and delivers clear technical assessments to inform operations.

Duties/ResponsibilitiesConduct signals analysis in one or more SIGINT modalities (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or
PROFORMA
) in support of mission objectives.

Analyze and interpret technical signal data; identify patterns, anomalies, vulnerabilities, and operational impacts; produce clear findings and recommendations.

Apply domain expertise from engineering, communications, electronics, or related fields to strengthen analytic methods and results.

Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to develop and refine analytic methodologies, tools, and workflows.

Prepare concise reports and briefings that translate technical results for diverse audiences.

Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Required Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, physical science, or a related technical field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.3+ years of experience performing signals analysis in at least one SIGINT modality (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or
PROFORMA
).Preferred Education And Experience (not Required To Apply)5-8+ years of SIGINT analysis experience across multiple modalities.

Experience contributing to analytic trade studies, feasibility reviews, or methodology development.

Exposure to field, deployed, or operational test environments.

Required Skills & AbilitiesU.S. Citizenship.

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency preparing clear written products and delivering succinct briefings for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills & ToolsFamiliarity with spectrum analysis tools and signal processing workflows.

Experience with scripting or automation to streamline analytic workflows.

Physical RequirementsProlonged periods working at a computer; routine video conferences and/or in-person meetings.

Ability to attend planned meetings across the Washington Metro Area.
