Role:
The IT Support Analyst provides technical support and maintains IT systems that support both corporate operations and field-based power generation projects. This role ensures reliable, secure, and efficient technology services, including end-user support, network connectivity, and operational technology (OT) systems critical to energy infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
Deliver Tier 1-2 support for hardware, software, and network issues across office and field environments Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment Manage user accounts, permissions, and access using Active Directory and related tools Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/WAN/VPN), including remote job sites and substations Support and maintain systems related to power operations, including SCADA and other industrial applications Ensure system uptime and performance for business-critical and operational technology systems Apply security protocols and assist with compliance efforts (e.g., NERC CIP standards) Assist with system patching, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery processes Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and field personnel to support business operations Provide technical support at remote sites as needed, including occasional travel
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 0-2 years of IT support or help desk experience Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, routers, switches) Familiarity with industrial systems (SCADA, OT environments) preferred Understanding of cybersecurity best practices; knowledge of
NERC CIP
is a plus Ability to troubleshoot issues in both office and field environments Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
